Elderflower goes wrong easily in drinks - too much and it turns soapy. This is handled with restraint, so you get hedgerow blossom, pear and a lemon-cordial lift over a clean pilsner base, then a dry lager finish.
Every Shandy Shack sits under 2.8% ABV, which works out at no more than one unit per 330ml can. That is the whole point of the brand: a drink you can have two of on a weeknight without writing off the next morning.

Is this a soft drink?
No. At 2.5% ABV it is an alcoholic drink and it is sold as one - it just contains about a third of the alcohol of a normal beer.
How is a beer gluten-free if it is made from barley?
The gluten is broken down during brewing and the finished beer is lab-tested to confirm it sits under 20ppm, the legal threshold for a gluten-free claim. Coeliac drinkers are generally fine with it, but if you react to very low levels it is worth knowing the beer starts from barley.
Which one should I start with?
Elderflower if you want light and floral, Raspberry if you want fruity, IPA if you actually like hops, and Ginger Beer Shandy if you want a bit of heat.
