Edmunds Passion Fruit Martini (13.7% ABV)

A modern classic, sometimes called a Pornstar Martini - sharp, fruity and seriously moreish. Edmunds mix passion fruit liqueur and Sapling Vodka with passion fruit purée, vanilla and a squeeze of lime for that perfect sweet-tangy balance.

It’s vibrant, tropical and a bit of a show-off in the glass, with a proper passion fruit punch and a smooth, silky texture.

Serving Suggestions

Shake 100ml hard with ice and strain into a martini or coupe glass. Garnish with half a passion fruit or edible flower petals if you like. Traditionally served with a shot of fizz on the side, but it’s just as good on its own as a party starter.
