Low-alcohol sparkling kombucha with sencha green tea, elderflower and rose, inspired by English sparkling wine.
Sparkling English Rose (often called White Rose) is a delicately floral sparkling tea made from lightly fermented green tea. It layers gentle notes of elderflower and rose over crisp kombucha, with subtle apple and lychee character and a refreshing, finely dry finish.
Think summer garden party in a glass: soft bubbles, floral aromatics and enough acidity and structure to stand in for a glass of fizz at celebrations, dinners and toasts.

What does LA Brewery Sparkling English Rose taste like?
It is light, floral and refreshing. Expect gentle rose and elderflower on the nose, soft apple and lychee on the palate, and a crisp, tea-led acidity that makes it sip more like a delicate sparkling wine than a cordial.
When should I serve it?
