Stour Valley Gold is Nethergate’s best-selling golden ale and a real showcase for their hop-forward cask brewing. It’s crisp, golden and incredibly drinkable, with a mix of classic English and modern citrus hops giving floral aromas, gentle spice and a refreshing citrus lift.
The malt bill keeps things smooth and rounded while seven different hop varieties build layers of flavour - from soft orange and grapefruit to subtle pine and herbs - finishing with a mellow bitterness that makes it very easy to reach for another pint.
