Thundering Molly is Celtic Marches’ easy-going crowd-pleaser. It’s a gently carbonated medium cider with a lovely golden colour, a classic “Herefordshire cider apple” nose and a smooth, rounded apple flavour. Bittersweet and bittersharp apples like Dabinett, Harry Masters, Ashton Bitters and Three Counties give it depth without making it too dry.
