Dylan’s Brown Sauce 210g

Dylan's sweet, tangy brown sauce, made for a full fry-up or a bacon sandwich.

It is one of Dylan's best-loved sauces, made in North Wales with Bramley apples, dates and dark brown sugar for sweetness, malt vinegar for tang and a warm hint of ginger, nutmeg and allspice. Shake well and keep it in the fridge once opened.

Bramley Apples (Apples, Water, Acidity Regulator: Citric Acid, Antioxidant: Ascorbic Acid) Malt Vinegar (barley), White Onion, Dark Brown Sugar, Water, Dates, Tomato Puree (Tomatoes, Salt), Dried Figs, Salt, Ginger, Nutmeg, Allspice, Paprika, Xanthan Gum.
