Bacchus 2023 | Giffords Hall
Fresh, aromatic English Bacchus with elderflower, gooseberry and zesty citrus.
Bacchus 2023 is a single-estate white from Giffords Hall’s Suffolk vineyard, made in a crisp, Sauvignon Blanc-style. It’s pale, vibrant and highly aromatic, with elderflower, gooseberry, nettle and freshly cut grass on the nose, plus lime and grapefruit on the palate. Bright acidity and very low sugar keep it bone-dry and refreshing.
