If the Deli Dills are the punchy one, the Sweet Dills are the crowd-pleaser. Same crinkle cut, same ultrasonic brine, same small-batch handmade production in North London - but with a gentle sweetness added that makes these dangerously easy to eat.
Sweet, crisp, clean and fresh are the words Pickle Project use, and they're exactly right. These won 2 Stars at the Great Taste Awards 2025, which tells you pretty much everything you need to know.
The sweet dill is the classic American-style burger pickle - the kind that makes a good cheeseburger a great one. Also brilliant layered in a chicken sandwich, alongside a cheese board, or honestly just straight from the jar while standing at the fridge at midnight.
Cucumbers, Water, Spirit Vinegar, Sugar, Salt, Dill, Garlic, Herb and Spice Extracts including Mustard.
Contains: mustard. Suitable for vegans. Gluten-free.

What's the difference between the Sweet Dill and Deli Dill?
The main difference is sugar - the Sweet Dills have a gentle sweetness that makes them more of a classic American burger pickle, while the Deli Dills have no added sugar and a punchier, more garlicky bite. Both are crinkle-cut and brined using the same ultrasonic process.
Do they need to be refrigerated?
Yes - store in the fridge once opened and consume within a few weeks. Best eaten cold.
Do you also sell the Deli Dill version?
Yes - if you prefer a punchier, sugar-free pickle, Pickle Project's Deli Dill Chips are also available in our fermented and pickled range.
