Deli Dill Pickle Chips | Pickle Project
- Low stock - 3 items left
Pickle Project are a small-batch pickle maker based in North London, making every jar by hand using an ultrasonic brining process that's as unusual as it sounds.
Their Deli Dills are their riff on the classic American-style garlic dill pickle - no added sugar, just cucumbers, dill, garlic and a clean spirit vinegar brine that's zingy and fresh with proper garlicky oomph.
Crinkle cut for maximum brine-holding ability. These are the pickles that make you eat straight from the jar.
Stack them in a burger, pile them next to a sandwich, chop them through a potato salad, or just eat them cold from the fridge with no particular justification. Excellent alongside cheese, brilliant with smoked meat, and genuinely hard to stop eating.
Cucumbers, Water, Spirit Vinegar, Salt, Dill, Garlic, Herb and Spice Extracts including Mustard.

What makes these different from supermarket pickles?
Pickle Project make every jar by hand in small batches using a unique ultrasonic brining process - it's a fundamentally different approach to the industrial production of most supermarket pickles. The result is a noticeably fresher, crunchier, more flavourful pickle.
Do they need to be refrigerated?
Yes - store in the fridge once opened and consume within a few weeks. Best eaten cold straight from the jar.
Do you also sell the Sweet Dill version?
Yes - if you prefer a sweeter pickle, Pickle Project's Sweet Dill Chips are also available.
