Vault Coastal (Champagne & Oysters) – Dry Vermouth
Crisp, mineral and bracingly fresh – made for ice, tonic, or a properly good Martini.

It drinks like sea air and clean acidity: bright, savoury-leaning and incredibly refreshing.

- Key botanicals: oyster shell, olive leaf, Amalfi lemon
- Foraged coastal lift: rock samphire, sea purslane, salty fingers
- How to drink: straight over ice, tall with tonic, or in a dirty/dry vodka Martini

FAQs
Is this more “Martini” or “spritz” leaning? Very Martini-leaning: crisp, dry and mineral, but it’s also brilliant lengthened with tonic.
Do you actually taste “oyster”? Think saline minerality rather than seafood – subtle, savoury and refreshing.
What’s the easiest serve? Plenty of ice, a good stir, then either enjoy as-is or top with tonic.
