Self Raising White Flour

A versatile blend with raising agents already included - ideal for cakes, scones, muffins and anything that needs a reliable lift without reaching for the baking powder.

  • Ingredients: Flour blend (rice, potato, tapioca, maize, buckwheat), raising agents (mono-calcium phosphate, sodium bicarbonate), thickener (xanthan gum).

Buckwheat Flour

Milled from whole buckwheat, this single-ingredient flour has a subtle nutty flavour that works beautifully in pancakes, galettes, noodles and heartier bakes. Despite the name, buckwheat is completely unrelated to wheat and naturally gluten-free.

A finely milled blend of white and brown rice with a neutral flavour and smooth texture - one of the most versatile gluten-free flours going. Use it for light sponges, biscuits, pancakes and puddings, or as a thickener for sauces and gravies. Free from all 14 major allergens.
