Peanut Caramel 200g

Peanut Caramel is exactly what it sounds like - and somehow much better than you'd expect.

Made in Scotland by a former Michelin sous chef with just four natural ingredients, it's a deeply satisfying salty-sweet spread that works on toast, swirled into porridge, baked into brownies, or eaten straight from the jar at an unreasonable hour.

No palm oil, no additives, no fuss - just roasted peanuts, caramel and a pinch of sea salt doing exactly what they should.

Available in two versions.

The Original Dark Roast is the award-winner - a bold, deep-roasted spread with real caramel intensity and a 2 Star Great Taste Award to its name in 2025.

The Blonde Edition is its easier-going counterpart, made with lightly roasted peanuts and a light-gold caramel syrup - softer in flavour, equally indulgent, and brilliant as a baking ingredient or dessert topping.

FAQs

What's the difference between the Original Dark Roast and the Blonde Edition?
The Original uses dark-roasted peanuts for a deeper, more intense caramel flavour - it's the 2 Star Great Taste Award winner and the one with the bolder character.

The Blonde Edition uses lightly roasted peanuts and a light-gold caramel syrup developed by a former Michelin sous chef - it's softer, more delicate and particularly good as a baking or dessert ingredient.

Is Peanut Caramel suitable for vegans?
Yes - both versions are made from entirely plant-based ingredients.

How should I use it?
The classic is on toast or crumpets, but it really earns its place in baking - swirled into brownie batter, layered in shortbread, stirred through porridge or ice cream, or used as a filling or topping for cakes and tarts. Both versions work equally well in sweet and savoury applications.
