Yok Chan's Chilli Oil
Multi award-winning chilli oil made in small batches using a recipe Yok Chan has been perfecting since the 1990s - inspired by Chinese, Malaysian and Sri Lankan flavours.
Yok Chan's Chilli Oil started as a homemade recipe in East London, created to save money and celebrate the flavours Yok Chan grew up with. Word spread, demand grew, and now it's one of the most talked-about small-batch chilli oils in the UK - stocked by independent shops and loved by chefs.
It's versatile without being shouty. The heat is there, but it doesn't bulldoze everything else - which is why it works on everything from scrambled eggs and cheese on toast to noodles, pizza, curries and soups. Drizzle it, spoon it, don't share it.
