A bold, tropical take on the tiki classic, made with two DropWorks rums, fresh lime and allergen-free orgeat.
Edmunds' Mai Tai balances the rich warmth of barrel-aged DropWorks Barrel Drop Rum with the clean sugar cane brightness of their Clear Drop Rum. Instead of a traditional orange curaçao, they use FAIR Kumquat Liqueur, which brings layers of blood orange, mandarin and orange blossom alongside a gentle hint of spice.
Fresh lime delivers the sharpness, while silky allergen-free orgeat rounds everything out for a smooth, rum-forward finish. Shake with ice and strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice. Each 100ml bottle is a single serve and comes with dried lime slices to garnish.
