English Spirit make this with their own single-distilled vodka, made from East Anglian sugar beet, which gives it a naturally creamy base. They blend in natural caramels and a pinch of Maldon sea salt for a smooth, rich sip with cream soda undertones. Their first batch in 2019 sold out fast, so they made it a permanent part of the range.

Sip it chilled, pour it over ice cream or sticky toffee pudding, or mix it with their Chocolate Chilli Vodka Liqueur for something that tastes like a liquid cookie.
