Cotswold Gold Burger Sauce

A 1-Star Great Taste Award winning burger sauce - rich, creamy, smoky and packed with gherkins, pickled onions and a touch of cayenne.

Cotswold Gold's Burger Sauce isn't the gloopy, sickly stuff you get in a sachet. It's a proper homemade-style condiment built on free-range eggs, their own cold-pressed rapeseed oil and a smoke-infused version of the same oil for a subtle smoky depth. Real chopped gherkins, pickled onions, roasted red peppers and Dijon mustard do the heavy lifting on flavour.

Designed for burgers, but equally at home with chips, in sandwiches, alongside a steak, or as a dip for sweet potato wedges. 150g jar.
