Deep Fried - Hazy IPA 6.2% | Duration Brewing
- Low stock - 1 item left
Bold, juicy and fully loaded. Tropical fruit, white grape and citrus from Nelson Sauvin, Citra and Mosaic at a satisfying 6.2%.
Duration brew in a restored 16th-century barn on a working farm in Norfolk - named one of The Times' Top 8 Breweries in the UK. Deep Fried is them at their most expressive.
Scottish malts give it a warm golden haze and soft, creamy body. Then the three hops pile in - overripe tropical fruit, white grape, citrus zest and a dank depth that keeps you coming back.
Water, barley malt, oats, hops, yeast.
Is it very bitter?
Low bitterness for a 6.2% IPA. The focus is on aroma and fruit - soft and indulgent rather than sharp.
How does it compare to Burnt Mill's White Ember?
Both are hazy IPAs around 6%, but Deep Fried leans more tropical and citrusy with that Nelson Sauvin white grape character. White Ember is softer and stone-fruit forward. Worth trying both.
Who are Duration?
