The original Gran Luchito. A thick, smoky chilli paste made from chipotle and rare Mexican chillies, ground with caramelised onion, balsamic and agave.
This is the product that started Gran Luchito, whose name means "great little fighter". Smoked chipotle and rare Mexican chillies are ground down with caramelised onion, balsamic vinegar and a touch of agave into a rich, concentrated paste with a knockout depth of flavour.
A little goes a long way. Stir a spoonful into chilli, stews and marinades, blend it with mayo or cream cheese for a quick dip, rub it onto meat or jackfruit before cooking, or use it to lift soups and sauces. Medium heat with plenty of smoke.

How do I use it?
Use it sparingly as it is concentrated. Stir into chilli, stews, soups and marinades, or blend with mayo, cream cheese or yoghurt for a smoky dip.
