Nightcap is Three Spirit’s rich, cosy, end-of-the-night bottle. It blends Canadian maple syrup with aromatic plants and spices like lemon balm, valerian, hops, ginger and turmeric for a deep, gently sweet spirit alternative with lots of woody, herbal character.

You get silky maple, vanilla and nutty notes over warming ginger and baking spice, plus a subtle bitterness from hops and herbs. It’s made to be sipped neat or over ice – more like a mellow whisky or spiced digestif than a standard soft drink.
