FAQs ▾

How strong is the ginger shot?

Properly hot, with real fresh ginger. A shot is around 30 to 50ml, so the bottle lasts a few days, and it can be diluted with water if it's too much.

Does anything need refrigerating?

Not on arrival. Once opened, keep the ginger shot in the fridge. The honey is happy in the cupboard, and if it firms up, stand the jar in warm water to loosen it.

Is this suitable during pregnancy or alongside medication?

We'd always suggest checking with a GP, pharmacist or midwife first, and reading the labels on each item.
