Soft, juicy peach with a green, herby lift from fresh basil. A grown-up cordial that makes a very good alcohol-free drink.
Peach on its own can be a bit sweet. The basil pulls it back and gives it a fresh, almost peppery edge, so it tastes more like something from a cocktail bar than a squash.
Everything is juiced fresh and pasteurised, with no colourings or additives. Pour over ice with sparkling water, or use it with gin or prosecco.

How much do I use?
Add a splash to a glass of sparkling water over ice and adjust to taste.
Does it need to go in the fridge?
Not until it is opened - it keeps for a year unopened in the cupboard. Once open, keep it in the fridge and use within two weeks.
Why is there sediment in the bottle?
Because it is made from freshly juiced fruit with nothing added to keep it clear. Give it a shake before pouring.
