Italy's Brut Prosecco with white peach and Mediterranean botanicals. Sweet, delicate and floral.

The Bellini was invented at Harry's Bar in Venice and has been ruined by peach schnapps ever since. This version goes back to the original idea: white peach and good Prosecco, nothing else needed. Delicate rather than sugary, and the botanicals keep it from tipping into dessert.

No added flavourings or colours - the fruit is fresh, the botanicals are real and the sweetness comes from natural honey. Serve it very cold, over ice, in a wine glass rather than straight from the can.

How much is in a can?
187ml, which is a single serve - the same measure as a small bottle of Prosecco. Pour it over a full glass of ice and it stretches nicely.

Do I need to add anything?
No. It is pre-mixed and ready to drink. Ice and a slice is as far as it needs to go.
