How To Use
Machine wash: pour into the machine dispenser. Light soil 20ml, medium soil 40ml, heavy soil 60ml.
Hand wash: dilute 1-2 capfuls in a wash bowl, soak for 5 minutes, then rinse with cold water.
Always follow garment and machine manufacturers' guidelines.

Full ingredients:
Contains amongst other ingredients - Less than 5%: non-ionic surfactants; preservatives (contains Sodium Benzoate); perfumes (contains Linalool, Limonene); enzymes. 98.509% of the total ingredients are from natural origin. Detergent certified by Ecocert Greenlife to the Ecocert Ecodetergent standard.
Store above 5°C, in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.
How To Order The Right Amount
Our quantity dropdown lets you order the exact amount your bottle needs, rather than being locked into fixed sizes. Options run from 50ml up to 1L - combine as many as you need to match your bottle.
Example: a 950ml bottle needs 1x 500ml + 1x 400ml + 1x 50ml.
Topping up a part-empty bottle? Either estimate what you need and order that, or order a full bottle's worth and leave a note at checkout asking us to refund any unused amount. We weigh and refill, then refund the difference.
Note: we measure refills on a 1g = 1ml basis, so there may be slight variation between products.
How To Place Your Order
Order through the website as normal, or message us by WhatsApp or email the day before (or earlier than) your usual delivery date.
For example: "Hi Dan, please can I book in for refills tomorrow? I need bio laundry liquid, please refill my bottle fully. I will leave it on the doorstep, thanks!"
We book you in, refill your bottles, and send an email invoice for the amount refilled.
Delivery Information
Local delivery only - this product is not available for nationwide shipping.
Delivery is £1.50 per order for standard areas, or £3 per order for extended radius areas (minimum order £15). Check our Refill Delivery Information page for your postcode, delivery day and rate.
Leave your clean, empty or part-empty containers outside in a safe place on your delivery day and we will refill and return them.

Biological laundry liquid contains enzymes that help break down everyday stains, often at lower temperatures. If you prefer an enzyme-free option, get in touch and we will point you to the right product.
What does it smell like?
It is fragranced with lavender essential oil.
Can I refill any bottle?
Yes, leave out any clean bottle or container and we will refill it to the amount you order.
