Miso Tasty’s Miso Soup Paste is made using a blend of Japanese miso pastes and kombudashi (a Japanese-style stock) for an instant hit of warming, umami flavour.
It’s ideal as a quick sip-and-go snack, but it also works brilliantly as a base for noodles and broths, or stirred into soups when you want extra depth fast.
Contains gluten (in the dashi).
Stir 1 heaped teaspoon into 250ml of hot water. Add toppings like tofu, sweetcorn and finely sliced spring onions if you fancy something more substantial.
Before opening, keep in a dark, cool cupboard. Once opened, keep in the fridge and use within 2 weeks.
