Idaho 7 leads with tropical papaya and bubblegum, Mosaic adds overripe mango and earthy depth, and a generous base of wheat and oats keeps it smooth and rounded throughout.

What does Idaho 7 taste like?
Idaho 7 is a US hop known for tropical and citrus character - papaya, stone fruit and bubblegum are the most common descriptors. It's an expressive variety that works particularly well paired with Mosaic.
How does it compare to Duration's Board Games?
Both are session-friendly pales but Bonsai is bigger and bolder. Board Games is 3.4% and crisp with grapefruit from Citra. Bonsai is 4.8% with a richer, juicier tropical character.
Is it bitter?
