Three Suffolk honey jars from a family apiary in Boxford, a pair of pure raw beeswax dinner candles handmade in a third-generation Hertfordshire apiary, and a hand-turned maple wood dipper to draw it all out properly. The jars range from floral and bright through to deeply smoky and chilli-warm. The candles burn clean, with a soft natural honey scent.

FAQs ▾

How hot is the chilli honey?

Warm rather than fierce. The Scotch Bonnet brings real heat, but the cold-smoking softens it and the honey wraps around it. Drizzle it on pizza, brush it onto cheese, or stir a spoonful into a marinade. It's noticeable, not painful.

Are the candles scented?

Naturally, yes. Real beeswax has its own soft, faintly honeyed scent when it burns. There are no added fragrances or essential oils, just the wax itself. The scent is subtle and varies slightly between candles depending on what the bees were foraging.

How do I look after the honey dipper?

Hand wash only with warm soapy water and dry it straight away. Don't put it in the dishwasher and don't leave it soaking, or the wood may swell or split. Treated kindly, it will last for years.

Is this box suitable for someone with a nut allergy?

Unfortunately not. The Mixed Nuts with Honey jar contains almonds, walnuts, cashews, pecans, brazil nuts and pistachios. Get in touch if you'd like a bespoke option without nuts.
