Elderflower, honeysuckle and gooseberry lead the way, lifted by a squeeze of lime for a really bright, zesty finish. Made by a family-run vineyard in Sible Hedingham, this is a beautiful showcase of what Bacchus does best in our climate: pure, vibrant fruit, gentle florals and mouth-watering acidity.
