Two Farmers Crisps
Hand-cooked crisps from a Herefordshire farm, made with potatoes grown two miles from the fryer and sealed in plastic-free packaging made from wood pulp.
Mark Green and Sean Mason grow their own potatoes on their Herefordshire farms, then store, cook and pack the crisps on site using renewable energy where they can. Everything is hand-cooked in small batches, with no artificial flavours, colours or preservatives, and the flavours lean on local producers - Droitwich salt, Charles Martell's Hereford Hop cheese, Tudges rare-breed pork and Two Farmers' own cider vinegar.
The packet is the thing they are best known for. It is made from cellulose from sustainably grown eucalyptus rather than plastic, printed with biodegradable ink, and independently accredited to international composting standards. Current packs are labelled for industrial composting.

Lightly Salted (vegan)
Seasoned with hand-harvested Droitwich salt from natural springs, crystallised using renewable energy. Simple and clean.
Salt & Cider Vinegar (vegan)
Lightly salted with Two Farmers' own cider vinegar, made from Herefordshire orchard apples. Tangy without being sharp.
Woodland Mushroom & Wild Garlic (vegan)
A blend of woodland mushrooms and wild garlic - earthy, distinctive and surprisingly moreish.
Hereford Hop Cheese & Onion (vegetarian)
Made with Hereford Hop cheese from artisan cheesemakers Charles Martell & Sons, and onions grown on the farm. Sharp, sweet and properly cheesy.
Herefordshire Sausage & Mustard
Made with Tudges rare-breed pork and a punchy mustard finish. Classic British flavour done properly.
Herefordshire Sauce (vegan)
Rich, savoury and layered with a lively tang, inspired by a secret recipe treasured for generations. Spiced with black pepper, ginger, coriander and a hint of jalapeño, with balsamic, cider and spirit vinegars giving real depth. A bold one.

FAQs
Can I put the packet in my home compost?
The packet is labelled for industrial composting, so that is the official answer. In practice we have cut them up, put them through our hot bin and had them break down fully, though it takes a few extra weeks.
