Pumpkin spice gets a lot of stick, most of it earned by drinks with no actual spice in them. This has the real four - cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and cloves - at nearly 3% of the jar, which is enough to taste properly warming rather than vaguely scented. The pumpkin seeds add a second kind of crunch alongside the peanuts.
No added sugar, so it lands savoury and spiced rather than sweet. Good on toast with a sliced banana, and surprisingly good on porridge.
