Olives Et Al Proper Mustard & Herb Dressing & Marinade

A classic French-style vinaigrette of extra virgin olive oil, grape vinegar, Dijon mustard, garlic and Herbes de Provence.

This is Olives Et Al's take on a proper Dijon vinaigrette - the kind that turns a bowl of leaves into a meal. Extra virgin olive oil, grape vinegar and a generous 6% Herbes de Provence (rosemary, thyme, oregano, savoury and the rest), with 5% Dijon mustard binding it all together and garlic adding savoury depth.

Use it straight on salads, marinade chicken or pork before roasting, or whisk it into beaten egg with a spoonful of Dijon for a Mustard and Herb omelette. 250ml bottle.
