Sweet yet savoury organic white miso, naturally fermented for a gentle, light umami lift.
Miso Tasty’s organic white miso (shiro) is a mellow, versatile cupboard staple made by fermenting rice and soybeans for around 6 months. It’s brilliant for adding depth without overpowering - think creamy dressings, quick marinades, and silky sauces.
It’s especially good with lighter flavours: spring vegetables, salads, fish and white meats, and it even works surprisingly well in baking and desserts for a subtle savoury edge.
