Raju Pickled Lime & Birdseye Chilli Sauce

Sharp, tangy lime pickle with a clean birdseye chilli heat. A bold, pourable take on the classic Indian lime pickle, made in Manchester.

This is Raju taking everything people love about lime pickle and turning it into a sauce you can actually pour. Real lime pickle gives it that salty, citrus tang, while birdseye chilli brings a sharp, direct heat and the usual pickle spices add depth.

It is brilliant alongside curries, dal and rice, stirred into yoghurt for a quick raita with a kick, spread into wraps and sandwiches, or used as a dip for poppadoms and samosas.
