Two heat levels of the same fresh, tomatoey Turkish chilli sauce, made to lift a dish rather than flatten it.
The Kebab Club build both sauces on the same base of chopped tomatoes, shallots, roasted red peppers, lemon juice and garlic. The Medium leans on red chilli for a rounded warmth. The Hot adds Scotch Bonnet on top, which brings a fruitier, sharper heat without turning harsh.
Both work as a dip, a drizzle or a stir-in. Spoon over kebabs and rice bowls, dunk chips in them, mix through yoghurt for a cooler version, or stir into a pan sauce near the end of cooking.
Turkish Chilli Sauce (Medium)
Red chilli peppers at 10%, with crushed chillies at 1%. Warm rather than hot. This is the one for the table, for children who like a bit of a kick, and for anyone who wants the tomato and garlic to lead.
Hot Turkish Chilli Sauce
Red chilli peppers at 14%, plus Scotch Bonnet at 3% and crushed chillies at 2%. Noticeably hotter and fruitier. Still balanced, but it makes itself known.
Turkish Chilli Sauce
Chopped tomatoes (tomatoes, tomato juice, acidity regulator (citric acid)), shallots, red chilli peppers (10%), lemon juice, rapeseed oil, roasted red peppers, cider vinegar, garlic, sugar, crushed chillies (1%), salt.

How hot is the Medium, really?
Warm rather than fiery. If you are comfortable with a supermarket medium curry, you will be fine with this one.
Is the Hot one too hot for a shared table?
It has a proper Scotch Bonnet kick, but it is fruity rather than aggressive. If you are unsure, put both on the table and let people choose.
Are these suitable for vegans?
Yes. Both sauces are made entirely from plant ingredients.
What else can I use them for beyond kebabs?
Stir through rice or couscous, spoon over grilled vegetables, mix into beans, or fold a spoonful into mayonnaise or yoghurt for a quick dip.
