Epsom salts have been a bath time staple for generations - soak tired or aching muscles after exercise or a long day, or use as a simple body exfoliant mixed with olive oil. 750g, made in the EU, and packaged without any plastic.

How To Use
Full body bath: Add 3-4 handfuls to the bath and soak for at least 20 minutes.
Foot bath: Add 2 handfuls to a basin of lukewarm water and soak feet for at least 10 minutes.
Body exfoliant: Mix a handful of Epsom salts with a tablespoon of olive oil. Rub all over wet skin and rinse thoroughly - exfoliates and softens in one go.
