This is the one that sells fastest, and it is built around a natural hazelnut flavouring that reads as roasted nut rather than praline. Good in a latte, better in hot chocolate, and it does not turn cloying when it hits milk.

The bottle is recyclable aluminium rather than plastic, and there are no preservatives or artificial additives in any of the range. A 200ml bottle gives you somewhere around twenty coffees depending on how heavy-handed you are.

FAQs

How much do I use?
Start with 10ml for a small coffee and 15ml for a large one, then adjust. It is sweeter than a commercial syrup because there is less water in it.

Does it work in cold drinks?
Yes. It dissolves fine in iced coffee and works in milkshakes and cocktails too - stir rather than expecting it to disperse on its own.

Does it need refrigerating after opening?
No, though it will keep longer somewhere cool and dark. Aluminium blocks light completely, which helps.
