Thursday Cottage’s Gingerbread Caramel Spread is a proper festive treat: golden syrup, butter, cream and ginger, slowly cooked into a rich caramel with Maldon® Sea Salt for balance. It’s sweet, warming and dangerously moreish.

Spread it on toast, crumpets or pancakes, swirl through porridge or yoghurt, or warm gently and drizzle over ice cream and brownies.
