Dapple - 2.8% | Burnt Mill
- In stock, ready to ship
A light, tropical hazy pale at a very crushable 2.8%. All the flavour, none of the afternoon written off.
Dapple is Burnt Mill's table beer, built with a soft and gentle mouthfeel and plenty of body so the hops have something to sit on. Citra and Idaho 7 bring juicy tropical citrus, with a touch of Azacca adding stone fruit on top.
At 2.8% it does what a table beer should: proper flavour at a strength you can drink through a long lunch.
Brewed on a Suffolk farm by Burnt Mill.
Water, barley, oats, wheat, hops, yeast.
Allergens: contains gluten (barley, wheat, oats). Please check the can for full allergen information.
What is a table beer?
A low strength beer brewed to be drunk with food and across a whole meal, rather than sipped like a strong one. Think flavour first, alcohol second.
Does 2.8% mean it tastes watery?
No. Burnt Mill build body into the malt base so the beer still feels full, and the hops do the rest.
Is it vegan?
Yes. Burnt Mill state all their beers are vegan friendly, and they use pea based finings rather than isinglass.
Why is it hazy?
It's an unfiltered hazy pale, so cloudiness is intended. Keep it cold and pour slowly.
