NoJo’s Gochujang Korean Mayo is a creamy, plant-based mayo made with fermented miso, authentic Korean gochujang and tamari. It’s rich, tangy and savoury with a slow-building chilli warmth and a touch of smoked paprika for depth.
Spread it in sandwiches, dollop on rice bowls, drizzle over roasted veg or use as a dip for fries and dumplings.
