Beyond the Firs is Burnt Mill's gluten-free pale: a lean grist of pale, wheat and oats gives a soft base, then Citra and Centennial dry hops bring bright tangerine and grapefruit with a gentle pine edge.
Brewed on a Suffolk farm. The exact hop bill can vary slightly between batches.
Water, barley malt, wheat, oats, hops, yeast. Gluten removed.

Is it gluten-free?
Yes. It is brewed to below the 20ppm UK gluten-free threshold, though it is made with barley, wheat and oats, so very sensitive coeliacs should check the can.
Is it hazy?
It is soft and juicy but generally pours fairly bright for a modern pale.
Is it vegan?
Yes. All Burnt Mill beers are vegan.
