This is Saffron Grange’s signature vintage sparkling wine: a classic Champagne-grape blend aged for a minimum of 24 months on its yeast lees.

Expect aromas of red fruits, buttery brioche and almonds, followed by juicy nectarine and baked apple, finishing with that house flint-like minerality and bright acidity.

• Classic blend: 50% Pinot Noir, 35% Chardonnay, 15% Pinot Meunier
• Brut style: 7g/l total sugar
